Frequently asked questions

Is this a recurring charge?

Yes. When you sign up for monthly or yearly, you’ll be charged every month or every year, depending. You can cancel any time. I don’ want to be a jerk about it, so I send you a reminder a week before your renewal charge just to let you know. You can easily cancel then and you won’t be charged again.

What happens when I cancel?

You get what you paid for. Let’s say you sign up on March 1. If you cancel on March 2, you still have access to everything until March 31. You paid for the whole month, and that’s what you’ll get. If it was a mistake and you meant to cancel earlier, just let me know and I’ll fix it.

Does it have everything I need?

Well, no. I don’t have everything everyone will need. What I do have is lots of valuable stuff—well-worth the money because it helps you in your career. I don’t want to promise “this is the last thing you’ll ever need to buy”. You shouldn’t trust anyone that promises they have everything.
